The City of London is committed to doing everything possible to slow the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the delivery of vital City services. The health and safety of all Londoners is our top priority during these unprecedented times.
As of Tuesday, February 16, London-Middlesex has moved into the Red/Control category of the Provincial Keeping Ontario Safe and Open framework. With this, a number of City facilities have reopened for in-person services and programs in the Red-Control category.
The first three floors of City Hall will re-open for in-person services. As well, the service counters at Citi-Plaza will open and the satellite offices for Ontario Works will also re-open to the public. All London-Middlesex Health Unit health guidelines and Provincial regulations, including greater restrictions and capacity limits, will be followed at all times.
To comply with Provincial regulations and local heath guidelines, certain services and appointments will continue to be offered virtually or over the phone.
